Ethan was prompt, polite, extremely knowledgeable, compassionate. I flooded my basement because I put my filter in wrong. He was so empathetic and tried to reassure me this was just a learning lesson. He took his boots off at the door, double checked things, and advised me as to what filter to order. He confirmed there was nothing else wrong both inside and outside. I'm still kicking myself though,ugh. I haven't got my bill yet to know if the service call was fair since no parts were required.

I love dealing with Four Seasons Comfort! Abby, the Office assistant, so knowledgeable and polite and kind was prompt in getting me quotes and a date to install a new Central AC unit for my home! When the AC in our office stopped working, I called Four Seasons Comfort, and they sent out Ethan the next morning. Ethan arrived on time, quickly discovered the problem, and repaired it so our office was comfortable again.

Four Seasons service response when our air conditioning failed during the recent heatwave was immediate and excellent. Considering it was a cold call from the phone book (no pun intended) as I'm now a new customer - I was expecting to wait in the heat for days. I also feared and was prepared to pay for an expensive repair or even purchase a new unit. However customer service got a technician out within the hour, Ethan, who diagnosed the problem to a simple part (capacitor) which he replaced as well as trouble shot the whole unit to make sure all was well. In fact Ethan showed me the entire cooling system while at the house and how to operate it efficiently and reliably. The competence, professionalism, and friendliness of Ethan and the whole firm was really remarkable during a time in which we needed service on an emergency basis. Thanks guys!
